• detect site vandalism and content failure not detected by automatic systems.

Your Own Dedicated Team

Site Assured gives you a dedicated team of five engineers who test and monitor your site(s) around the clock, 24x7, 365 days a year.

Manned Monitoring

The role of these engineers is to monitor your automated testing and periodically execute manual tests. You can tailor the manual tests to check most functions including payment gateways, security systems, clusters and more.

First Line of Defence

When a problem does occur, your Site Assured team can execute recovery procedure scripts that you have provided, or escalate the problem by contacting your technical staff.

Problem Escalation

If a problem is detected, your Site Assured engineer performs on-the-spot maintenance. Should that fail they will then escalate the problem to one of your technical engineers.

Monitor Vandalism or Content failure

Your dedicated Site Assured team can monitor your site for vandalism or content failure which may not be detected by your automated testing.
