Lloyd Ernst

CEO & Founder

Lloyd Ernst, has had a distinguished career in the Australian IT industry as an internet pioneer and entrepreneur. He was the founder of WebCentral, which became a leading innovator in web hosting and won various awards including Microsoft Global Hosting Company of the Year for 2003 and 2004 respectively.

In 2005, Lloyd joined the board of PIPE Networks which listed in the Australian Stock Exchange in May 2005 (ASX:PWK). Within 3 years, PIPE Networks deployed over 600km of dark fibre, built tier 1 data centre facilities and built PPC-1, the first competitive submarine fibre optic cable linking Australia to the US via Guam.

Adam O’Connor

Chief Sales & Marketing Officer

Adam has more than 16 years of experience in sales and customer service, previously working with prominent,  high-profile international clients in London.

Adam joined Cloudstaff in 2011 to develop strategic customer relationships in the UK before moving to the Philippines in 2012 to take up the Sales Director Role and focus on Cloudstaff’s global expansion.

Adam is responsible for the continuing growth of the company and the delivery of world-class outsourcing services.

Jamie Stewart

Chief Finance Officer

Jamie is a highly driven, ambitious and sector-versatile Chartered Accountant with more than 15 years of experience in Finance. Some of his numerous achievements include spearheading the complete transformation of a Philippines business; creating new company structures, mergers and acquisitions, management of senior leadership teams, and handling complex exit strategies.

Prior to Cloudstaff, Jamie served as the President and Country Representative of V. Group, Manila, one of the largest provider of maritime services in the world, providing outsourced technical management of high-value maritime assets and wide-ranging technical support, workforce and commercial services.

Wayne Bucklar

Chief Compliance Officer

Before joining Cloudstaff, Wayne had enjoyed a long and distinguished career that spanned government consulting, academia, and private enterprise. He has spent over a decade working in Asia as the South East Asian representative for Queensland University of Technology, and as an outsourcing consultant and media commentator.

He was previously a Strategic ICT Advisor to the CIO Queensland Health and a senior E-Business Strategist for the Queensland Department of Transport.

As the current Head of Compliance, he has led Cloudstaff’s ISO9001, ISO27001, HIPAA health compliance, and Payment Card Industry (PCI) compliance projects.

Gregory Ryan

Head of Account Management and Growth

Greg’s career spans 30 years in the IT industry globally with senior executive roles with some of world’s most recognizable and innovative technology vendors and outsourcers. 

Greg has a wealth of strategic experience, together with a rock-solid track record of success in strategic sales, account management, customer operations and marketing, while specializing in business growth and driving improved customer relations.

As the Head of Account Management and growth at Cloudstaff, he is responsible for the overall customer journey and overseeing Cloudstaff’s Account Management, Customer Care departments, as well as strengthening customer relationships.

Lee Wade

Chief Product Officer

Lee is tasked with focussing on the client user experience, product packaging and creating new market segments for outsourcing.

Previously, as the Head of Digital for CoreLogic, and was responsible for the development of Mobile, Social, Widgets & Web applications and is the solutions owner for the RP Data CoreLogic digital products. He is a respected presenter to major Australian lending, Valuation and real estate institutions on disruptive digital strategies, online acquisition tools and the mobile mortgage application and processes.

Elmer Corpus

Human Resource Manager

Elmer has 20 years of experience in the Human Resources field, and 9 years in a variety of other fields, such as information technology and teaching. In his many years of working in the business process outsourcing industry, he has imparted outstanding contributions to every role he had.

Elmer has instituted soft and hard skills to both supervisors and reporting staff through his training programs. He also spearheaded the installation of an attrition reduction program and communication system between HR and staff, which resulted in having highly engaged teams. His effective management of the HR processes enabled his previous company to meet the requirements of all client and internal audits.

As the Human Resource Manager of Cloudstaff, he is responsible for the overall HR operations and policies, as well as dealing with different staff concerns.

Geraldina Sanchez

Finance Controller

Geraldina has over 15 years of experience in the BPO Industry. She was part of the founding team for the Philippines based CCT Group, a leading outsourcing with notable accounts such as Sprint, AT&T and Citibank.

Geraldina held various global financial roles with CCT and worked to establish operations in the U.S. and Panama. She was responsible for global implementation and certification of PCI (Payment Card Industry). CCT Group sold to IQOR (New York). She has worked for Pricewaterhouse in the field of audit/public and private accounting.

Steve Goodson

Head Of Sales Australia & New Zealand

Steve is a well-known sales specialist with 31 years of experience in the industry and has been recognised as a top performing Real Estate salesperson over decades. He is a member of the Real Estate Institute of Queensland (REIQ) since 1988. He also holds a Bachelor of Business, an Advanced Certificate of Real Estate Management, as well as a Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment.

In his previous role as a Corporate Associate for Australia’s leading Real Estate franchise group, he was responsible in training salespeople, admin, and property managers. With his vast experience and a unique combination of accounting, sales and business management skills, he can help your business.

Stewart Tiley

Accounts Director

Stewart has extensive experience across a variety of fields, including banking and finance, import and export, and logistics for over 24 years, which includes his 12 years of experience in business process outsourcing or offshoring for both Australia and the Philippines.

Stewart’s role as the Accounts Director sees him focussing on building and strengthening relationships with Cloudstaff’s key customers and partners, as well as assisting with the continual development and improvement of the company’s Account Management and Customer Care divisions.
