As Cloudstaff’s Founder and CEO, Lloyd is responsible for managing a company’s overall operations, driving innovation, setting the corporate culture, and keeping the company focused.

Chief Financial and Operations Officer

Jamie is a highly accomplished Chief Financial Officer with over 20 years of experience and a proven track record of delivering results in challenging and complex organizations. He has been instrumental in restructuring, evolving, and growing global businesses. His focus on delivering results has allowed him to make a significant impact in his roles, providing substantial operational, commercial, and financial leadership to organizations.

Jamie is responsible for tracking cash flow and financial planning, analyzing the company’s financial strengths and weaknesses, and proposing strategic directions.

Tevis Paget

Chief Technology Officer

Tevis is an experienced software architect and technologist with over 20 years of experience leading development teams in Australia, China, the UK, and New Zealand. He’s an accomplished software engineer who has a long track record of creating cutting edge software solutions for global tech companies.

Tevis is responsible for the Cloudstaff technology stack. He oversees everything from its networks to security, to operations, to software engineering and digital creative services.

Lee Wade

Lee has a wealth of experience in product development, having worked in the field for over 20 years. He brings to Cloudstaff an extensive background in developing mobile web applications and digital products. 

Lee is known for his thought leadership on disruptive digital strategies in the Australian real estate industry. As a leader in product strategy and product development, Lee is dedicated to bringing the best solutions to market for Cloudstaff clients.

Shaun has been helping global outsourcing companies achieve optimum performance in both operational and advisory roles for over ten years. He specializes in the development and implementation of high-value strategies designed to maximize the value of outsourcing for companies and their clients.

Kal has a proven track record of deploying effective recruiting strategies across multiple industries for over 14 years. He is a renowned expert in the recruitment field and is highly regarded for his strategic thinking, mentorship, coaching and ability to inspire others. 

Responsible for Cloudstaff’s recruitment experience, Kal ensures an effective approach that covers strategy, innovation and quality customer outcomes. 

Jason Foster

Chief Commercial Officer

Jason is a highly experienced Director and sales leader focused on talent acquisition.

Jason has spent the last 25 years working with top American multinational companies where he has refined his skills in business development, sales, sales strategy, and mergers and acquisitions.

He’s Cloudstaff’s go-to-expert for managing channel partners, reseller communities, and sales strategy while also overseeing Cloudstaff’s mergers and acquisitions team.

Chris McDonald

Vice President, Growth

Chris has been helping businesses around the world attract and  hire new employees for over 20 years. 

Throughout his career, Chris has delivered  rapid customer growth, through scalable business development, including new-market expansion to over 20 primary markets. He has led world class  sales and customer success teams in APAC, EMEA, Americas, and held Senior Executive positions with global corporations, including Indeed, Yahoo!, and News Corporation.

Chris’s team engages new customers, helping them grow and thrive with Cloudstaff.

Gavin Polizzo

Senior Vice President, US/North America

Gavin has over 24 years of sales leadership experience. He has held executive leadership roles in Verizon and ADP. Most recently, he was the Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing for PosiGen, a national solar and battery backup company in the US.

Gavin is responsible for developing key growth sales strategies, tactics, and action plans for the US and North American markets.

Adam O’Connor

Head of Sales UK

Adam has over 20 years of experience in sales and customer service, previously working with prominent, high-profile international clients in London. He possesses a wealth of experience in the outsourcing industry in both a sales and operational capacity.

Adam understands what clients need when they’re considering their outsourcing options and is responsible for developing key growth sales strategies, tactics, and action plans for the UK market. 

Geraldina Sanchez

Finance Director

Geraldina has over 20 years of experience in the BPO industry. She was part of the founding team for the Philippines-based CCT Group, working with notable accounts such as Sprint, AT&T, and Citibank. She is highly experienced in the implementation and certification of PCI and has worked for tier-one financial institutions in the field of audit/public and private accounting.

Geraldina is responsible for the global finance team, financial planning and analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and internal control.

Wayne Bucklar

Chief Compliance Officer

Wayne has had a distinguished career that spanned government consulting, academia, and private enterprise. He has spent over a decade working in Asia as the South East Asian representative for Queensland University of Technology, and as an outsourcing consultant. He was previously a Strategic ICT Advisor to the CIO Queensland Health and a senior E-Business Strategist for the Queensland Department of Transport.

As the current Head of Compliance, he has led Cloudstaff’s ISO9001, ISO27001, HIPAA health compliance, and Payment Card Industry (PCI) compliance projects.
