Lloyd Ernst, has had a distinguished career in the Australian IT industry as an internet pioneer and entrepreneur. He was the founder of WebCentral, which became a leading innovator in web hosting and won various awards including Microsoft Global Hosting Company of the Year for 2003 and 2004 respectively.
In 2005, Lloyd joined the board of PIPE Networks which listed in the Australian Stock Exchange in May 2005 (ASX:PWK). Within 3 years, PIPE Networks deployed over 600km of dark fibre, built tier 1 data centre facilities and built PPC-1, the first competitive submarine fibre optic cable linking Australia to the US via Guam.
Lloyd is now focused on redefining the outsourcing industry through the seamless integration of technology and the people who use it. He is dedicated to creating the technology that will reshape the sector, by providing staff with the tools they need, and the customers the experience they want.
Joy has more than 17 years of experience in IT and Business operations. He has worked with CyberMetrics USA and notable accounts including Denso International, GlaxoSmithKline (GSK), Kaiser Permanente. His 9 years in CyberMetrics USA has helped him gain experience in different areas such as IT Project Management, Customer delivery and support, Facilities Management, Offshoring, HR and Finance. He has also successfully implemented NTIER and Service Oriented Architecture across the development projects.
Joy oversees technology teams such as software development team, software QA team, the CIO office, and Facility. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from University of Baguio, a Microsoft Certified Solution Developer, and pursuing MBA from Ateneo de Manila University.
Adam has more than 16 years of experience in sales and customer service, previously working with prominent, high-profile international clients in London.
Adam joined Cloudstaff in 2011 to develop strategic customer relationships in the UK before moving to the Philippines in 2012 to take up the Sales Director Role and focus on Cloudstaff’s global expansion.
Adam is responsible for the continuing growth of the company and the delivery of world-class outsourcing services.
Jamie is a highly driven, ambitious and sector-versatile Chartered Accountant with more than 15 years of experience in Finance. Some of his numerous achievements include spearheading the complete transformation of a Philippines business; creating new company structures, mergers and acquisitions, management of senior leadership teams, and handling complex exit strategies.
Prior to Cloudstaff, Jamie served as the President and Country Representative of V. Group, Manila, one of the largest provider of maritime services in the world, providing outsourced technical management of high-value maritime assets and wide-ranging technical support, workforce and commercial services.
Lee is tasked with focussing on the client user experience, product packaging and creating new market segments for outsourcing.
Previously, as the Head of Digital for CoreLogic, and was responsible for the development of Mobile, Social, Widgets & Web applications and is the solutions owner for the RP Data CoreLogic digital products. He is a respected presenter to major Australian lending, Valuation and real estate institutions on disruptive digital strategies, online acquisition tools and the mobile mortgage application and processes.
Lee has a mixed background in both print journalism and technology, making him both a self-professed technology geek and also a passionate evangelist for technology which transforms and simplifies the customer experience.
Mark is recognized for building & growing, highly regulated, customer-focused, global cloud service operations.
Mark served as Global Senior Director, SaaS Services & Support at Oracle, where he was responsible for global support and SaaS operations. In addition, Mark headed up customer care & success management teams supporting several leading fortune 1000 companies.
Mark was Senior Director of eServices & Support at Phase Forward and was instrumental in the establishment of Phase Forward as a global leader in the provision of software as a service (SaaS).
Wayne is an entrepreneur with background in IT and technology. As a business owner operating in a competitive environment, Wayne has spent the last few years on reducing cost through smart outsourcing strategies. He has tested various models, technologies, direct recruitment strategies and has worked with different outsourcing suppliers.
Wayne was the Managing Director of Gilkatho Coffee which he has developed “from the ground up” since 2000 based on his experience in entrepreneurial ventures.
Wayne completed an MBA with a major in Information Systems. He is an Associate Fellow of Australian Institute of Management, holds a Cert. in Entrepreneurship, a licensed electrical contractor, holds electronic trade qualifications and is a regular Public Speaker.
Timothy Phillip Witucki
Timothy has over 15 years’ experience in the outsourcing industry, focusing on the technology, software, financial and banking markets.
Timothy has assisted many American, Australian, Asian and European companies increase efficiency, reduce costs, expand service offerings and improve customer experience through oﬀshore workforce solutions.
Timothy specialises in intelligent workforce delivery. He is Lean Six Sigma certified and is an experienced leadership strategist from San Francisco, California. Timothy lives with his family in the Philippines.
Haydn is responsible for Cloudstaff’s Recruiting department and is focussed on providing our customers with high-quality staff that meet their exact requirements. Haydn manages resource acquisition, profiling and client matching to maximise the success of each placement, taking into account the individual needs of the customer, the skills they require and culture of the organisation.
Previously Haydn worked with such notable companies as Telstra, News Limited, Fitness First and Lorna Jane International. Haydn’s talents lay in creative thinking, problem solving and strategic numbers generation systems.
Rizalina has more than 15 years of experience in the IT/BPO Industry with expertise on client, customer services and operations, training, recruitment, talent acquisition and human relations.
Riza is the head of human resources operations and policies and deals with different recruitment and operational issues and concerns, working directly with the Executive, Sales and Operations teams.
Craig is a Senior Information Technology (IT) Program Manager and Consultant with 30 years of multi-discipline experience within the financial services sector across Asia Pacific including Prudential, China Construction Bank, JP Morgan Chase.
Craig has a strong understanding of the Commercial, Legal, Regulatory, Risk and Compliance issues facing firms when considering Data Centre, IT Services and Data migrations and consolidations; specifically, having managed significant financial contract negotiations, and coordinated and responded to HKMA and Singapore MAS Regulatory requirements, such as Threat, Vulnerability and Risk Assessments (TVRA).
Geraldina has over 15 years of experience in the BPO Industry. She was part of the founding team for the Philippines based CCT Group, a leading outsourcing with notable accounts such as Sprint, AT&T and Citibank.
Geraldina held various global financial roles with CCT and worked to establish operations in the U.S. and Panama. She was responsible for global implementation and certification of PCI (Payment Card Industry). CCT Group sold to IQOR (New York). She has worked for Pricewaterhouse in the field of audit/public and private accounting.
Ernest Brooks III
Ernest has more than 22 years of experience working in the BPO industry. As a Client Vendor Manager with AT&T for 15 years, Ernest has managed most of the top international BPO companies throughout Asia, Central America, Africa and the United States.
Ernest is American, yet moved to the Philippines for work in 2007, and became engaged with the client side of the BPO sector. Ernest specializes in Sales, Client Management, Customer Satisfaction and Corporate Training.
For Cloudstaff, he is responsible in cultivating long-term business partnerships and identifying new opportunities.
Graham has been working in graphic design and marketing for over 25 years in both the corporate and commercial space. Previously working with some of the largest IT and Telecommunication giants in Australia he has developed and maintained some of the most recognisable and valuable brands in these industries.
He has many years’ experience in identity, communication, marketing, web and application development, and human interfaces. With a keen interest in the science of the human mind and a passion for quality and detail he now drives the marketing and creative direction of Cloudstaff and as a mentor, shares the information he has learned over a lifetime in the industry.
