Cloudstaff welcomes two new Customer Success Managers for eCommerce and Accounting services

Clark, Philippines: Cloudstaff is pleased to announce the expansion of the highly successful Success Pilot program with the addition of two highly experienced industry experts in the fields of Accounting and eCommerce.

Marcial Wayan will lead Cloudstaff’s eCommerce services division while Rodel Murillo will take on the Accounting services portfolio.

Both new additions are well established leaders in their fields and will bolster Cloudstaff’s existing Success Pilot team which blends high levels of outsourcing and industry expertise to provide next-level outsourcing solutions.  

Wayan brings to the role extensive hands-on experience in managing end-to-end eCommerce operations as well as providing strategy direction for major global retail brands. He also has over ten years of eCommerce outsourcing industry experience working with prominent global eCommerce solutions providers.

Likewise, Murillo has over 12 years of experience in the Finance and Accounting industry. He brings with him a wealth of experience in developing and implementing process improvements for operational excellence.

As Customer Success Managers for eCommerce and Accounting, both Wayan and Murillo will offer their expertise to Cloudstaff customers, ensuring that they get access to highly skilled candidates by overseeing the hiring, training and development aspects of Cloudstaff’s eCommerce and Accounting professionals.

In addition, Wayan and Murillo will assist Cloudstaff customers in setting up their offshore teams and streamlining their processes to help them expand their reach, drive profits, and accelerate growth.

Cloudstaff Chief Product Officer, Lee Wade, says the addition of the two new Customer Success Managers is a great boon for Cloudstaff, but more importantly, it’s a significant advantage for Cloudstaff customers in the eCommerce and Accounting space.

Both Wayan and Murillo have expressed their excitement at working in a new capacity with Cloudstaff customers.
