Chief Financial and Operations Officer

Jamie is a seasoned Chief Financial Officer with over two decades of experience, known for making a real difference in complex organizations. He’s played a key role in reshaping and expanding global businesses, thanks to his results-driven approach. Jamie brings a wealth of expertise in cost-efficiency identification and profit maximization, multimillion dollar P&L/budget control, and procurement and commercial deal negotiations.

In his current role, Jamie keeps a close eye on cash flow and financial planning, digs deep into the company’s financial strengths and weaknesses, and offers strategic guidance to steer the company in the right direction.

Chief Technology Officer

Tevis is a talented software architect and technologist, with over 20 years of experience under his belt. He’s led development teams across Australia, China, the UK, and New Zealand, earning a reputation for crafting innovative software solutions for major tech companies.

At Cloudstaff, Tevis is at the heart of our technology innovation, overseeing the full spectrum of IT from network security to operations, software engineering, and digital services. Plus, he’s the creative mind behind our Cloudstaff remote productivity applications, always pushing the envelope to keep us ahead of the curve.

Miki is a multi-award-winning recruitment and marketing expert with over 20 years of deep experience in the field. She has successfully partnered with Fortune 500 companies like Nike, Procter & Gamble, Goodyear, Ford Motors, and Shell Petroleum, as well as tech giants such as Google, Microsoft, and Yahoo.

As our Chief Recruitment Officer, Miki leads a dynamic team of over 80 talent acquisition professionals, expertly managing talent acquisition marketing and recruitment efforts in the Philippines and across the globe.

General Manager, North America

Macon is a workforce solutions executive with more than 25 years of experience helping organizations build the teams and operational clarity they need to grow. He has built a reputation for developing high-performance teams, creating scalable operations, and delivering the strategic clarity that helps businesses grow predictably and profitably.

Based in Charlotte, North Carolina, Macon leads Cloudstaff’s North American business development efforts, working directly with US companies to design virtual staffing solutions that integrate directly into their workflows and support long-term growth.

James Braatvedt

Chief Growth Officer

James is a global leader with a talent for crafting high-growth, high-tech strategies. He heads our unique-in-market Client Growth Team, providing strategic advice on everything from recruitment and training to retention, productivity, and technology. James also plays a key role in leading our integrated marketing team.

Having led large teams in the US, Australia, and New Zealand, James brings a wealth of leadership experience from disruptive tech startups to Fortune 500 companies like ABB, CAE, and First Data.

Country Manager, Colombia

Ivan leads Cloudstaff’s operations in Bogotá, bringing over 15 years of experience in business development and client growth to one of the company’s most exciting nearshore markets. Having worked closely with US clients in his previous role as Client Growth Partner, he brings a deep understanding of what American businesses need from a nearshore team and how to make those partnerships work over the long term.

His relationship-driven approach, entrepreneurial background, and firsthand knowledge of the Colombian professional landscape make him well placed to guide clients looking to build bilingual, dedicated teams that scale alongside their ambitions.

Aaron Anaya

Regional Sales Manager, Mortgage and Real Estate Financing Vertical, North America

Aaron knows the mortgage and real estate industry from the inside, having spent nearly a decade in business development and sales leadership roles across some of the US lending market’s most competitive environments.

He works with mortgage brokerages, real estate firms, and title service providers across North America to build offshore staffing solutions that take the administrative and operational weight off local teams, so the people closest to clients can focus on closing deals and growing the business.

Roberto brings more than 15 years of experience leading contact center and BPO operations across the travel industry. He understands the operational complexity that comes with managing high-volume, multi-channel customer interactions at scale, and brings that perspective into every client conversation.

He works with North American travel businesses to design virtual staffing solutions that integrate directly into their workflows, so their teams can stay focused on the experiences that keep customers coming back.

Paul Dove

General Manager, Financial Services, APAC

Paul has spent two decades at the intersection of financial services, outsourcing, and global team management. His background as a financial adviser and stockbroker gives him a grounded understanding of the operational and regulatory pressures that accounting and financial services firms across Australia, New Zealand, and Southeast Asia face every day.

As General Manager of Financial Services for APAC, Paul leads Cloudstaff’s strategy to help these firms build integrated offshore teams capable of handling core finance functions, from bookkeeping and payroll to tax support and compliance, so firm leaders can focus on advisory, strategy, and growth.

Monika brings extensive experience in workforce strategy and operational delivery, working with construction, engineering, and design companies across the Asia Pacific region. She helps businesses navigating capacity challenges in the built environment sector design sustainable workforce models that scale without compromising quality or compliance.

Monika specializes in helping construction and engineering leaders structure teams that deliver under sustained demand, allowing local professionals to focus on high-value decision making and oversight. Paul’s expertise aligns perfectly with our vision for Cloudstaff Property Services, a new division focused on partnering with real estate, strata, mortgage brokerage, proptech, and conveyancing businesses across the Asia Pacific region.

Head of Human Resources

Med Sali-Gelacio, CPHR, has spent 24 years across various fields, dedicating the last 13 to her true passion — HR. She’s a trained strengths coach with the Philippines’ Strengths Community and among the few practitioners of the Entrepreneurial Operating System® in the country. Her dedication was highlighted in 2023 when she was a finalist for HR Person of the Year at the International Investors in People Awards.

As Cloudstaff’s Head of HR, she aligns people strategies with business goals to drive employee well-being, support company growth, and foster a positive workplace culture.

Geraldina Sanchez

Finance Director

Geraldina brings over 20 years of invaluable experience in the BPO industry to our team. She was an integral part of the founding team at the Philippines-based CCT Group, collaborating with major clients like Sprint, AT&T, and Citibank. Her deep expertise in PCI implementation and certification has also been a tremendous asset in her work with top-tier financial institutions in audit and accounting roles.

In her current role at Cloudstaff, Geraldina leads our global finance team, focusing on financial planning and analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and maintaining strong internal controls.
