Jagadish Kushalappa leads Cloudstaff's India and Sri Lanka operations as General Manager, overseeing Talent Acquisition, HR, IT, Finance and day-to-day business operation functions across the region. Based in Bengaluru, he is Cloudstaff India's first employee and has spent more than two decades in global talent acquisition, business operations and HR leadership, including senior talent acquisition roles at global technology and communications companies.
Jagadish is known for building scalable, people-first operations from the ground up. His approach centers on aligning teams with client culture and objectives early, working from the belief that sustainable growth starts with getting the operating foundation right before scaling headcount.
