Oria Espacio has worked with some of the world’s largest companies, including Microsoft and Amazon, as well as supporting executive leadership in the real estate and marketing sectors. She has developed a diverse skill set across executive administration, escalation management, customer service, and sales, enabling him to bridge the gap between client needs and business operations.
In her current role as Executive Sales Support Specialist at Cloudstaff, Oria provides high-level support to the Director of Real Estate. She manages essential back-office and administrative tasks that allow sales teams to focus on driving revenue, from preparing legal documents and managing CRM pipelines to coordinating with talent acquisition and scheduling client meetings. Her work ensures smooth workflows across departments and accurate, timely delivery for clients.
At Microsoft, Oria advanced through roles in customer service and escalation management, where she assessed and resolved complex cases requiring senior intervention. She supported Tier 1 advocates, collaborated with high-level departments, and provided multi-channel support, all while driving customer satisfaction and process improvement.
Earlier at Amazon and Concentrix, Oria built her foundation in sales and customer service, assisting with orders, renewals, upgrades, and technical support while consistently achieving performance targets. Prior to his BPO career, she worked as Executive Assistant to the Co-Founder of Bonk Marketing Trade and Promotion, where he handled end-to-end administrative operations, client communication, and reporting for both AU and US clients.
Oria is detail-oriented and highly adaptable, with proven expertise in process improvement, record management, and cross-functional collaboration. She embraces new technologies and tools, including HubSpot and advanced Microsoft platforms, to continuously refine workflows and support business growth.
With her roots in customer service and executive support, Oria is committed to building a long-term career in the outsourcing and sales industry.
