Rog Deluna is a seasoned professional with almost 25 over 13 years of experience in the modern workfoce BPO industry, excelling in leadership, team management, and strategic communication. Currently serving as the Newsroom Head at Cloudstaff, Rog has been instrumental in shaping the company’s internal communications and employee engagement initiatives.
With a strong foundation in leadership roles such as Team Manager and Rewards and Recognition Coach, Rog has honed expertise in managing diverse teams and enhancing operational efficiency. Proficient in utilizing applications like Google Workspace, M365, Hubspot, and various proprietary applications in Cloudstaff, Swiftmail, Talisma/NetAgent, Avaya/Softphone, and IManage, Rog has consistently delivered exceptional support to clients and streamlined back-office processes.
Before entering the BPO industry, Rog worked as a Legal Secretary at the Law Offices of Panlilio, Paras and Timbol, where they developed exceptional organizational and research skills. Responsibilities included transcribing legal documents, conducting legal research, and assisting with day-to-day legal operations, utilizing resources like the Revised Penal Code of the Philippines and Supreme Court Rules Annotated.
Rog’s journey at Cloudstaff began in April 2014 as the Executive Assistant to the CEO and Founder, Lloyd Ernst. Demonstrating versatility and leadership, Rog was promoted to Creative Manager of the Creative and Design Services Department in November 2015, overseeing schedules, workloads, and team activities. In June 2016, Rog played a pivotal role in establishing Cloudstaff’s Newsroom Department, ensuring timely and effective internal communication.
In January 2017, Rog expanded their impact by creating and managing the Staff Engagement Team, fostering a vibrant workplace culture through innovative morale-boosting initiatives. Additionally, Rog spearheaded CS Radio, Cloudstaff’s in-house radio station, leveraging live broadcasts to reinforce company updates and initiatives. During the Covid-19 era, together with a couple of staff and Lloyd, Studio6 was created to keep in touch with all Cloudstaffers virtually who are all working from home that time. Today, Studio6 is now a highend livestreaming platform of Cloudstaff which broadcasts news,
events, and entertainment to all Cloudstaffer no matter where they are.
