Matthew Paul Rutter has a distinguished career spanning over two decades in strategic planning, market expansion, and client relationship management, with a strong focus on driving revenue growth and forging meaningful partnerships across various industries. He joined Cloudstaff as SVP of Client Growth Operations in October 2024 and was appointed General Manager, APAC and representative in the Philippines in the first quarter of 2026. Matthew brings a wealth of experience in sales, business development, and operations leadership across the Philippines, Australia, and beyond.

Matthew’s career highlights include co-founding and managing several successful ventures, including Cube International—a 250-seat BPO center serving global clients—and Crunch Telecom, where he scaled revenues rapidly in the evolving Australian telecommunications market. He has demonstrated expertise in creating operational efficiencies, managing compliance, building company infrastructure, and negotiating critical partnerships. His technical insight and leadership have helped shape emerging businesses in telecommunications and BPO sectors.

Before joining Cloudstaff, Matthew held senior leadership roles at Emapta Global, overseeing business development and strategic partnerships. His operational experience is complemented by a strong background in commercial and regulatory compliance, as well as extensive expertise in team building and training, having personally trained thousands of agents. His approach combines strategic vision with hands-on execution, fostering scalable growth and sustainable client success.
