He helps them deploy offshore professionals who handle appointment setting, lead follow up, inbox management, loan processing support, CRM maintenance, and back office tasks. The result is a more organized pipeline, faster response times, and staff who spend less time on admin and more time on what moves the business forward.

Aaron's approach is shaped by years of experience on the front lines of the mortgage industry. Prior to joining Cloudstaff, he served as Head of Business Development at E Mortgage Capital and held business development and loan origination roles at NEXA Mortgage and other lending firms. This hands on background allows him to speak directly to the operational realities of mortgage teams and to design staffing strategies that address real pain points, not theoretical ones.

Earlier in his career, Aaron built a foundation in direct sales and account management, developing a practical, relationship focused approach to client partnerships. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from The University of Texas at El Paso.
