New appointment follows Cloudstaff’s landmark engagement with 5,000+ accountants at PICPA
SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA — November 28, 2025 — Cloudstaff, a trusted global staffing partner for over 20 years, has appointed Paul Dove as General Manager – Financial Services (APAC). In this role, Paul will drive Cloudstaff’s strategy to support accounting and financial services firms across Australia, New Zealand, and Southeast Asia with scalable, skilled offshore finance professionals.
Paul brings two decades of extensive experience in financial services, outsourcing, and global team management. Previously a financial adviser and stockbroker, his expertise includes optimizing operations within the financial services sector and navigating complex venture capital and M&A initiatives where he played pivotal roles in securing investments and driving strategic expansions. His deep understanding of the profession’s operational and regulatory demands informs Cloudstaff’s approach to supporting accounting and financial services firms across APAC.
His appointment comes on the heels of Cloudstaff’s participation at the Philippine Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA) Annual Convention, where the company engaged directly with more than 5,000 accountants—the largest gathering of its kind in the region. The event underscored a clear market need: firms want trusted partners who can deliver reliable, long-term talent—not just short-term fixes.
