Jose De Soto Gracia has spent his career helping professional services firms build high-performing offshore teams, with a track record spanning accounting, IT, logistics, and e-commerce. Fluent in both English and Spanish, and based in Charlotte, NC, he will partner with North American accounting firms to design virtual staffing solutions that expand capacity and uphold the high standards their clients expect.
Aaron Anaya brings nearly a decade of business development and sales leadership experience across some of the most competitive corners of the US lending market. He works with mortgage brokerages, real estate financing firms, and title service providers to design offshore staffing solutions that take the operational weight off local teams, so the people closest to clients can focus on closing deals and growing the business.
