New hires at Cloudstaff to drive global expansion

We’re accelerating our growth strategy with senior appointments in Australia, the US and the UK.

Here at Cloudstaff, we’re on a mission to help companies around the world maximise their potential by delivering smarter cloudbased workforce solutions. That’s why we’re delighted to announce the next stage of our ambitious global growth journey with a number of senior appointments to newly created roles within Cloudstaff designed to take us to the next level.

Experienced tech entrepreneur Jennifer Zanich has been appointed as Chief Sales and Marketing Officer. Jennifer will have overall responsibility for driving Cloudstaff to its next stage of development, identifying both organic and new growth opportunities.

Jennifer is based in London and reports to our founder and CEO Lloyd Ernst.

Matt Rosenberg has joined Cloudstaff as Vice President of Sales, US. Matt brings over 20 years’ experience working with US clients to customize outsourcing solutions that result in improvement in business performance. He will be responsible for building out Cloudstaff’s business in the strategically important US market. He is based in Chicago.

We also have two new roles based in the UK: Ciara Murphy has been appointed as the Global Vice President of Marketing and Adrian Costello as Vice President of Customer Success.

Ciara will be responsible for building Cloudstaff’s brand globally with the aim of making it the number one company businesses think of when they need remote staff. Ciara’s career spans 25 years in marketing from VC-backed start-ups to global household names, across a range of industries including technology, SaaS and manufacturing.

Adrian will be responsible for driving world class service to Cloudstaff customers, whilst building strategic, meaningful and collaborative partnerships. He was most recently Director of Customer Success for a leading remote workforce outsourcing provider based in the US, with a global portfolio of clients.

As announced last month, Chris McDonald has also been appointed as VP, Growth, based in Sydney.

Matt, Chris, Ciara and Adrian will all report to Jennifer.

Lloyd Ernst:

“Over the last 10 years we’ve built the foundations of an extraordinary business which is perfectly positioned to help businesses across the world access the talent and skills they need to thrive. I’m delighted that Jennifer, Matt, Chris, Ciara and Adrian have joined us as we accelerate into our next stage of growth.”

Jennifer Zanich, Chief Sales and Marketing Officer:

“The Cloudstaff advantage is really powerful. We’re able to recruit staff for our clients, from start- ups to corporates, in as little as twenty days, and our technology makes it easy to manage a remote workforce in the Philippines.

“I’m looking forward to enabling companies around the world to access cloudstaffing solutions that will help them realize their own growth ambitions.”

Matt Rosenberg, Vice President of Sales, US:

“I’m looking forward to introducing US clients to Cloudstaff’s innovative platform that allows them to access the best people, processes and technology, and maximize the benefits of building global teams. My aim is to ensure we replicate Cloudstaff’s success in Europe and Australia, cultivating long-term business relationships and driving revenue growth.”

Ciara Murphy, Global Vice President of Marketing:

“I’m looking forward to using my experience in building and strengthening brands to support Cloudstaff’s ambitious growth strategy and providing go-to-market expertise as we expand globally.”

Adrian Costello, VP of Customer Success:

“I’m delighted to have joined the Cloudstaff team and excited by its growth potential. Ensuring that customers are given the highest possible levels of service is a passion of mine, and this coincides with Cloudstaff values.  I am looking forward to building on the great foundations that are already in place.”
