When work has almost consumed the energy of our Cloudstaffers, that’s when we come in and bring fun to let them respawn and recover from stress and exhaustion.
Our CRK04 at SM City Clark turned into an instant battleground as our mighty heroes eagerly defended their Ancients at the second Dota tournament of Cloudstaff. It was an intense 15-hour battle for the championship between 11 troupes but in the end, only one remained standing.
Teletubbies Gaming are the victors of Cloudstaff’s second Dota tournament after beating the defending champion, kAzfEr & Friends, on the final match. kAzfEr & Friends placed second and Low Prio came in third. Aside from fun, they also took home great prizes! Php 10,000 was awarded to the Champion while the 2nd and 3rd placer received Php 3,000 and Php 2,000 respectively.
Cloudstaff deems it necessary to allow staff have fun — it is by recognizing their needs will they realize their true value to the company. For us, they did not only played a game, they were recharged and prepared to take on new and tougher challenges at work. Most importantly, these kind of activities encourage staff to achieve their best.
