New Charlotte hub strengthens Cloudstaff’s North American footprint and gives Macon Albertson’s growing sales team a home of its own
CHARLOTTE, N.C., July 7, 2026. When Cloudstaff named Macon Albertson General Manager, North America earlier this year, he was building a team from Charlotte with no office of his own. That’s no longer the case. Cloudstaff opened a new hub in June at Suite C/D, 6801 Fairview Road to house its growing US Sales Team, the company announced today, as client demand across the country continues to climb.
The Charlotte hub provides a dedicated home for Cloudstaff’s growing North American sales team, offering collaborative workspace that supports customer engagement, team development, and future expansion.
A Home Base for the Growing Team
“Charlotte is where I’m building this team, so it made sense for it to be where we build our home,” said Albertson. “Having a space that’s ours gives the team a place to build and develop the client partnerships we’re here to serve.”
Charlotte adds to Cloudstaff’s existing US footprint, which includes its Dallas office, also a sales operations hub. The two locations now give the company sales bases on each side of the country, with Charlotte built specifically around Macon’s growing North America team and Dallas continuing to run its existing sales operations.
